Refund policy


We take the utmost care to ensure the quality of our products and the accuracy of delivery.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the product.


■ Before Contacting Us
Please refer to our HELP or FAQ page first, as your issue may be resolved there.

■ Order Cancellation
Orders are automatically processed and prepared for shipment at our fulfillment warehouse shortly after they are placed. Therefore, cancellations or changes are generally not possible.
If you contact us immediately after placing your order and before the shipping process begins, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us via the inquiry form as soon as possible.
Once the shipping process has been completed, the shipment cannot be stopped.
For international orders, the package can be refused upon delivery and returned to us. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only the product price will be refunded.
For domestic orders within Japan, as delivery is made by mailbox drop-off, cancellation after shipment is not possible. If you wish to cancel, please return the item at your own expense.

■ We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the item was delivered

  • The reason for return is a difference in color or shape from what was expected

  • The product was ordered for an incompatible device or model

  • The return is due to minor damage or dirt on the product packaging

  • You are unable to provide proof of purchase such as an invoice or delivery note

  • We are unable to confirm that the product is defective

  • The product has been discarded or lost

  • You have a history of excessive returns or exchanges


■ If the product is defective or incorrect due to our mistake, we will bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

■ If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (prepaid).

■ For international customers, please contact us via the contact form within 30 days of receiving the product.
